About Me:

My calling for this work comes from lived experience. As a young person, I battled an eating disorder that shaped nearly a decade of my life. I spent countless days in hospitals, rehabs, and clinics… often feeling isolated, frightened, and unseen. One of the most transformative moments in my own healing came from an extraordinary psychologist who created a space where I finally felt safe and understood. Her compassion planted a seed that has grown into my work: to offer that same sense of safety to others.

In my therapy room, you won’t find a sterile or clinical atmosphere. I don’t believe in observing clients from a distance. Instead, I sit with you as a human myself… real, present, and flawed. Together, we do the deep work, balanced with warmth, honesty, and plenty of laughter (sarcasm is basically my first language). Many of my clients describe our time together as feeling like talking with a trusted friend - only with the guidance and tools to help create lasting change.

I don’t believe in “quick fixes” or temporary solutions. My goal is always to explore beneath the surface level struggle and help you get to the root of what’s going on, so your healing is not just a bandaged wound, but a true transformation.

Outside of my professional world, I’m a mother and a partner. These are the roles that keep me grounded and remind me daily of the importance of connection and love in my life.

I find joy in traveling, yoga, hiking, and meditation. These practices bring me balance and flow naturally into the way I hold space for my clients every day.
